QUALITY OF WORK LIFE FACTORS AFFECTING ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES OF SIAM AGRI SUPPLY CO., LTD.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of quality of work life that influence employee commitment of Siam Agri Supply Co., Ltd. The samples used for the study were 103 employees of Siam Agri Supply Co., Ltd. Analyzed data using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviations, and hypotheses were tested using t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.
The results found that the difference in employees of Siam Agri Supply Co., Ltd. of personal factors including gender, education level, status, average monthly income and duration of work Overall the organizational commitment was not different at the statistical significance level of 0.05, Employees with different ages had organizational commitment.
It was considered on a side by side basis. Employees aged 26-30 and those aged 36-40 have strong belief in and acceptance of different organizational goals and values. The results of hypothesis test between the factors of quality of work life that affect organizational commitment, it was found that the quality of work life in the hygienic environment and safety democracy in the organization consideration of benefits and social responsibility relationship with superiors and colleagues and reasonable and fair returns Influence organizational commitment of employees of Siam Agri Supply Co., Ltd. at the statistical significance level of 0.05.
