The research purposes were to study and to compare the characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by the position, education level, and work experience. The population was the administrators and teachers of educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4; the sample group was the 329 personnel, determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table, and selected by the cluster sampling method. The research instrument was the 5-level estimate rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F- test.
The results of the research were:
- The characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 found the overall was at high level; the highest mean aspect was the morality, ethics and professional code of conduct aspect, followed by the leadership aspect, and the knowledge and ability in administration aspect, the lowest mean was the personality aspect.
- The analysis comparative results of the characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by the position, education level, and work experience were:
2.1 The analysis comparative results of the characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by the position was not different. The each aspect consideration was found the personality aspect, the positon of educational institution administrators had different opinion from the position of teachers with the statistically significant at different level .05, by the mean of teachers were higher than the mean of educational institution administrators.
2.2 The analysis comparative results of the characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by the education level was found that the overall and each aspect were not different.
2.3 The analysis comparative results of the characteristics of educational institution administrators in the 21st century affecting the efficiency of educational institution administration under the jurisdiction of Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by the work experience was found that the overall did different at the statistics significance level .05. The each aspect consideration found the morality, ethics and professional code of conduct aspect, the knowledge and ability in administration aspect, and the leadership aspect did different at the statistically significance level .05; but the personality aspect did not different.
