Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Innovative Organization in Municipal Schools

Abstract
The objective of this research was to examine the future vision of municipal schools as innovative organizations. The sample consisted of 312 participants, including 12 Directors of the Office of Education, Directors of the Division of Education or Division of Educational Administration, and Directors of the Division of Educational, Religious, and Cultural Promotion working in local administrative organizations under the City Municipality structure; 60 school administrators from educational institutions under municipal local administrative organizations; and 240 teachers from municipal schools. The research instrument was a questionnaire on the future vision of municipal schools as innovative organizations, encompassing five principal components. Data collection was carried out by administering the questionnaire to the defined
sample group in order to investigate their perspectives on the future development of municipal schools as innovative organizations.
A questionnaire was administered to assess the appropriateness and feasibility of the future vision of municipal schools as innovative organizations. The instrument was distributed to a total of 312 participants, who were asked to evaluate, provide opinions, and offer recommendations regarding the proposed future vision. Data were analyzed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The findings revealed that the future vision of municipal schools as innovative organizations comprised five principal components with 22 observable variables. The CFA results indicated a good fit with the empirical data, with factor loadings ranging from .745 to .991. Moreover, both the Composite Reliability (CR) and the Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values exceeded the established thresholds, confirming the construct validity and overall adequacy of the model
