Abstract

This research article aimed to study the role of the Chong Sadao Subdistrict Administrative Organization in supporting the Thammanurak Foundation in Kanchanaburi Province. It sought to develop a collaborative framework between the SAO and the foundation. The sample group consisted of 10 individuals, including SAO personnel and community leaders, with data collected through structured interviews and analyzed using narrative summaries.

The findings revealed that many respondents were female (60.00), held educational qualifications above a bachelor’s degree (60.00), and were government officials (80.00) with over 10 years of work experience (30.00). The SAO’s chief executive played a central role as the primary coordinator, providing the foundation with support such as consultation, information sharing, and labor resources. Additionally, the SAO collaborated with related agencies to ensure child protection in accordance with the Child Protection Act. It also supported education by providing scholarships, learning materials, and essential skills training. The SAO extended its support to children lacking legal documentation, such as stateless children, by facilitating legal status verification processes to ensure equal access to rights, including education.
