PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN A BORDERLESS WORLD: THE DYNAMICS OF GOVERNANCE IN THE AGE OF GLOBALIZATION

This article examined the transformation of public administration amidst the forces of globalization, which have diminished the rigidity of state authority and necessitated the development of administrative mechanisms that are more transparent, flexible, and collaborative among the public sector, private sector, and civil society by analyzing key dynamics, including the erosion of state power, the rise of international organizations and transnational networks, the modernization of state reforms, and the challenges of governance in a borderless world and proposed strategies for adapting public administration to maintain regulatory capacity and responsiveness to citizens in the twenty-first century.
