APPLICATION OF BRAHMAVIHĀRADHAMMA PRINCIPALES IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL LEADERS AT BANKHO SUB-DISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION MUEANG PAN DISTRICT LAMPANG PROVINCE

Abstract

Objectives of this research article were: 1. To study the level of work administration of local leaders at Ban Kho Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province. 2. To study the relationship between the Bhrammavihāradhamma Principle and the work administration of local leaders in Ban Kho Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province. 3.To  present the Brahmaviharadhamma application to the work administration of local leaders at Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to the population, the personnel at Ban Kho Sub-District Administrative Organization, totaling 86 people who were randomly selected. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Qualitative research was conducted by in-depth interviews with 10 key informants using content analysis techniques.

The results of the research were as follows: 1. The level of work administration of local leaders at Ban Kho Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province, found that, overall, it was at a high level ( = 4.40). When classified by each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. 2. The relationship between the principle of the Brahmaviharadhamma and the work administration of local leaders at Ban Kho Sub-District Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province, was found that there was a positive relationship with statistically significant level at the 0.01, with a high level of significance. Therefore, the research hypothesis was accepted. 3. The application of the principle of the Brahmaviharadhamma to the work administration of local leaders at Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Pan District, Lampang Province, was found 1. Metta aspect by expressing good intentions by taking care of and paying attention 2. Karuna aspect by giving advice and counseling to personnel fairly 3. Mudita aspect by promoting good organizational culture by supporting each other 4. Upekkha aspect by treating each other with neutrality and justice.
