MODEL OF REWARD SYSTEM MANAGEMENT FOR ENHANCING HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY OF THAI SPORTS EQUIPMENT BUSINESS: QUALITATIVE RESEARCH WITH THEMATIC ANALYSIS

Abstract
This research aimed to describe the model of reward system management for enhancing human capital management efficiency of Thai sports equipment business. Data – validation Variant of qualitative research with in – depth interview was operated. The sample was 18 sport equipment business owners who had registered with Department for Business Development and qualified the inclusion criteria. Sport equipment business owners consist of 7 types; 1) sports equipment retail in specific shop 2) sports apparel retail shop 3) sports wholesale shop 4) sports apparel manufacturer 5) other sports equipment manufacturer 6) sports equipment wholesale and 7) facility operation related sports competition. The Code technique was employed for data analysis. The results were found 3 thematics; 1) the relation of reward system and human capital management efficiency 2) additional casual factor for enhancing human capital management efficiency and 3) model of reward system management for enhancing human capital management efficiency. The model of reward system management for human capital management efficiency emerged from 4 components; Reward structure system, Reward management process, Human capital management performance, and Career path.
