Educational Institute Administration in Pursuit of Result-based Management Excellence of HatYai Technical College

Abstract

This article focuses on presenting the success of the educational institute administration in pursuit of result-based management excellence of HatYai Technical College. This includes the background of the administration, conceptual framework, characteristics, and management output particularly on the supporting factors of result-based management. The conceptual framework was adapted as the success mechanism in the college administration of HatYai Technical College in terms of the value principles through 4 operating indicators, i.e. 1) input factors consisting of policy, people, budget, and resources. 2) The process aspect includes the operational planning, management, result-based administration, and monitoring. 3) The product evaluation relates with the performance evaluation. And 4) the feedback is used to improve the organization operation to reach the excellence on learners, people, and educational institutes.
