Administration According to the Principles of Good Governance for Educational Institutions under the Jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

          The research purposes were to study and to compare the administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by the position, education level, and work experience. The population was the educational institution administrators, teachers, and educational personnel under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2; the sample group was the 292 personnel, determined by the Krejcie and Morgan table, and selected by the simple random sampling method. The research instrument was the estimate rating scale questionnaire with totally reliability 0.97. The data analysis statistics were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F- test.

          The results of the research were: 

1. The administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at high level. The each aspect consideration found that the Morality was in the was level followed by the Accountability and the Transparency the lowest operation aspect was the Rule of Law aspect.
2. The comparison results of the administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by the position, education level, and work experience were:

                    2.1 The comparison of the administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by the position, found the overall did not different. The each aspect consideration found the opinion of educational institution administrators about the administration according to the principles of good governance were higher than the opinion of teaching teachers at the statistics significance level .05.

                    2.2 The comparison of the administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by the education level, found the overall and each aspect did not different. The each aspect consideration found the Morality aspect; the respondents with a bachelor's degree viewed the principles of good governance higher than those with a postgraduate degree at the statistics significance level .05.

                    2.3 The comparison of the administration according to the principles of good governance for educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by the education level, found the overall and each aspect did not different. The each aspect consideration found the Morality aspect did different at the statistics significance level .05.
