Instructional Set Development on Learning Center in Foreign Language learning Substance Group, English Subject, Prathomsuksa 3 on “All About me.

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a learning center instructional set on 2) to find effectiveness index of  instructional set and 3) to study student’s satisfaction on learning student’s by learning center in foreign language learning substance group, English subject, Prathomsuksam3 on “All About me” The population was 166 Prathomsuksa 3 students, Ladsanun School under the jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample was consisted of  28  Prathomsuksa 3 students of Wadsanun School under the Jurisdiction of Pathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in the first semester on the academic year 2020 determined by cluster random sampling. The instruments used in the study were 7 instructional sets in foreign language learning substance group, English subject, Prathomsuksa 3 on, “All About me” 30 questions of learning achievement test with 3 multiple choices and questionnaires on student’s satisfaction. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency , percentage, mean, and 

The results of the research were :

1. The instructional set in foreign language learning substance group, English subject, Prathomsuksa 3 on “All About me” made students have average learning achievement at 80.44 and the efficiency in change behavior of students at 82.23 that was higher than the criteria of 80/80, 
2. The effectiveness index of instructional set in foreign language learning substance group, English subject was equal 0.69. Students who studied with instructional set was increased more point with 69.13 
3. The students were satisfied studying with instructional set in foreign language learning substance group, English subject, Prathomsuksa  3 on “All About me” at much level and each aspect had the average at much level. When considering each aspect it was found that the highest satisfaction mean was the students were happy to learn by themselves, followed by teaching series, each book with interesting content. and an interesting evaluation method. The lowest satisfaction mean was that the content was not too difficult and they had pride when they answered correctly.
