Administrative skills of small school administrators Educational Lam Plai Mat Development Zone, under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office, Region 1

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the administrative skills of small school administrators of Lamplaimat Educational Development zone under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to compare the administrative skills of small school administrators of Lamplaimat Educational Development Zone under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by education level and work experiences. The sample group used in this research were 181 teachers in the small school of Lamplaimat District under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 1, The sample group was defined according to the table of Craigie and Morgan, and simple randomization. The research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with an index of item Objective Congruence between 0.67-1.00 and the reliability of the whole questionnaire of 0.99. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research were:
- The level of administrative skills of small school administrators of Lamplaimat Educational Development zone under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in overall as well as each aspect is at a high level.
- teachers with education and different work experience There were opinions on the administrative skills of administrators of small educational institutions. Lam Plai Mat Educational Development Zone Under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 1, in overall and each aspect is not different.
