Ethical Leadership of School Administrators, Lam Sonthi District School Group, Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

This research aimed to 1) study the ethical leadership of school administrators in Lam Sonthi District School Group under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Lopburi, and 2) compare the ethical leadership of school administrators in Lam Sonthi District School Group under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, classified by education level and work experience. The sample group used in the research was 124 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined according to the table of Krejci and Morgan and randomly selected by group. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67 and 1.00 and a reliability of the entire questionnaire of 0.84. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research found that:
- The ethical leadership of school administrators in Lam Sonthi District School Group under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level.
- The comparative results of the ethical leadership of school administrators Lam Sonthi District School Group, Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Lopburi Area 2, classified by education level, overall, there was no difference except for honesty, which was significantly different at the .05 level. And classified by work experience, overall and in each aspect, there was no difference.
