Abstract

             This research aimed to: 1) study the satisfaction of students at Wangwareewonratwattana School regarding the implementation of the lunch program and 2) Compare satisfaction with the implementation of the lunch program of students across gender and grade level at Wangwareewonratwattana School. The population for this study consisted of 84 students, ranging from Kindergarten 2 to Grade 6. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire regarding satisfaction with the lunch program operations of Wangwareewonratwattana School in 5 areas (25 items), consisting of food quality. Cleanliness and safety Containers and cooking equipment Places for assembly and eating and student services. The statistical methods used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and analysis of variance using Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests.            

The results were as follows ;

                          1. Satisfaction with the implementation of the school lunch program Most students had the highest overall satisfaction level (μ=4.57). When separated into each area, it was found that There were the highest levels of satisfaction in 4 areas: student service (μ=4.70), cleanliness and safety (μ=4.62), food quality (μ=4.58) and food containers and equipment (μ=4.51), respectively, and one aspect with a high level of satisfaction was the cooking and eating place (μ=4.45).                                                   2. Gender comparison results and class level with satisfaction with the implementation of the school lunch program It was found that there was satisfaction with the implementation of the school lunch program. Overall there was no statistical significant difference.
