Innovative Leadership of School Administrations under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

The purpose of this research is 1) to study the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Lopburi Primary Education Service Area 2, and 2) to compare the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Lopburi Primary Education Service Area 2, classified by position and education level. The sample consists of 150 school administrators and teachers under the Office of the Lopburi Primary Education Service Area 2, selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument is a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, with a consistency index ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98 for the entire questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research results found that
- The level of innovative leadership of school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, both overall and in each aspect, was high.
- When comparing the innovative leadership of school administrators under the Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by position and educational level, it was found that overall performance did not differ significantly.
