Digital Leadership of Administrators at District Learning Promotion Centers under the Provincial Education Promotion Office in Lopburi Province

Abstract

          This study aims to (1) investigate the digital leadership of administrators at district learning promotion centers under the Provincial Education Promotion Office in Lopburi Province, and(2) Comparison of digital leadership of school administrators in the district level learning promotion center under the Office of Learning Promotion, Lopburi Province on their opinions, categorized by educational level and work experience. The sample consisted of 140 administrators and teachers in the Provincial Education Promotion Office in Lopburi Province during the 2025 academic year. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table with proportional simple random sampling. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was used, with a consistency index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and an overall reliability coefficient of 0.83. Data analysis employed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The findings will provide insights into the current state and variations in digital leadership among educational administrators in Lopburi Province.

            The research results found that

1. The digital leadership of educational administrators at the District Learning Promotion Centers under the Lopburi Provincial Learning Promotion Office is at a high level.
2. A comparison of digital leadership among educational administrators at the District Learning Promotion Centers under the Lopburi Provincial Learning Promotion Office, classified
   by education level and work experience, found that overall, there were no significant differences.
