This research aimed to 1) study the administration of educational institutions according to the principles of good governance of school administrators in Nakhon Korat Technical College and 2)compare the administration of educational institutions according to the principles of good governance of school administrators in Nakhon Korat Technical College classified by work experience and education level. The sample group used in the research was 80 school administrators, teachers, and personnel of Nakhon Korat Technical College under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in the academic year 2023, selected by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.67-1.00 and a reliability value of the entire questionnaire of 0.98 The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The results of the research found that
- The administration of educational institutions according to the principles of good governance of school administrators in Nakhon Korat Technical College was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were practiced at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was the rule of law, followed by the principle of participation. and the value principle, respectively. The aspect with the lowest average value is the responsibility principle.
- The results of the comparison of opinions on the administration of educational institutions according to the principles of good governance of the administrators of educational institutions in Nakhon Korat Technical College, classified by work experience, education level, overall and in each aspect, are not different.
