Innovative leadership of school administrators in the Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area 7

This research aimed to 1) study the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, and 2) compare the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by position and education level. The sample consisted of 151 administrators and teachers in Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a consistency index of 0.67-1.00 and a reliability value of 0.89. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research results found that
- The innovative leadership of administrators in the Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, overall, is at a high level.
- The results of the comparison of innovative leadership of educational institution administrators in the Educational Network Center 6, Lam Thamenchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7, classified by position and education level, are not different overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of vision for change and the aspect of creating an innovative organization are significantly different at a statistical level of .05. Other aspects are not different.
