Data were collected by using 16 measuring tools along with precision value 693 - .938. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics for sampling groups, statistic program for the distribution of variables and for relationship.
The results found that external factors which were consciousness, socialization and relationship within school context significantly affected internal factors which were moral identity, attitude towards teacher-researcher’s behavior. Independent variables positively affected dependent variables. And there was no relationship between consciousness and socialization from institute of teacher education and relationship school context affecting moral identity, attitude towards teacher-researcher’s behavior. By analyzing the invariance of the model, it showed the same structure as while there were no difference in matrix parameter, independent variables and dependent variables.
