The Development of a Research-Based Learning Management Model to Enhance Teacher Competency at Banlahansai School (Kururat Bamrungwittaya) under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

This research aimed to: 1) study and synthesize components; 2) examine the current and desired conditions and 3) create a model, evaluate the model, and develop a manual for using the Research-Based Learning Management Model to Enhance Teacher Competency at Banlahansai School (Kururat Bamrungwittaya) under the Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.The research instruments included a content analysis form, a questionnaire on current and desired conditions, a format evaluation form, a format manual evaluation form and a satisfaction assessment form. The research statistics used were percentages, means, and standard deviations.
The research results are as follows:
- The results of the study and synthesis of components consisted of 1) preparation stage, 2) interest stimulation stage, 3) planning stage, 4) knowledge seeking stage, 5) evaluation and review stage and 6) summary report and presentation stage.
- The results of the study of the current and desired conditions found that the current conditions of learning management using research as a base for enhancing the competence of teachers were generally implemented at a high level. The desired conditions were generally implemented at the highest level.
3.The Results of model creation, model evaluation, and user manual evaluation Model are as follows:
3.1 The results of creation found that the model consisted of 1) principles and reasons of the model, 2) objectives of the model, 3) components of the learning management process, namely (1) preparation stage, (2) stimulating interest stage, (3) planning stage, (4) seeking knowledge stage, (5) evaluating and reviewing stage, (6) summarizing report and presenting work stage, 4) supporting conditions for success and 5) measurement and evaluation.
3.2 The results of model evaluation in terms of usefulness, feasibility, appropriateness, and correctness were found to be at the highest level overall..
3.3 The results of evaluation the suitability of the user manual found that it was at the highest level overall.
