The State of Cybersecurity Immunity among Secondary School Students in Pathum Thani Province
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aimed to: (1) examine the status of cybersecurity resilience among students in Pathum Thani Province, and (2) compare students’ cybersecurity resilience based on personal factors. The sample consisted of 396 upper secondary school students enrolled in public schools under the Pathum Thani Secondary Educational Service Area during the 2025 academic year. Convenience sampling was employed, and data were collected using a questionnaire. The statistical methods used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The findings revealed that: (1) the overall cybersecurity resilience of students in Pathum Thani Province was at a high level. When examined by dimension, attitudes toward cybersecurity protection had the highest mean score, followed by cybersecurity knowledge and safe technology-use behavior, respectively. (2) The comparison of cybersecurity resilience classified by gender, grade level, and average daily internet usage showed no statistically significant differences for overall resilience and for all three dimensions—cybersecurity knowledge, attitudes toward cybersecurity protection, and safe technology-use behavior.
