The Enhancement of Management Quality in Dual Vocational Education at Nakhonratchasima Technical College : DVT of NTC Model

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) Study the level of educational resource management in schools, and 2) Compare the educational resource management of schools, classified by gender, position, work experience, and size of educational institution. The population consists of school administrators and teachers under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, number of 1,661 persons. The sample consisted of school administrators, number of 93 persons, and teachers, number of 217 persons, selected by stratified random sampling, totaling 310 persons.The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.80 - 1.00 and a reliability value of the whole questionnaire of 0.929. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test, One-way Analysis of variance: ANOVA and Least - Significant Different (LSD)
The research results found that: 1) The management of educational resources in schools involves a large number of living organisms and 2)A comparison of the educational resource management in schools. When categorized by gender, there are generally no significant differences and considering each aspect individually, it was found that the personnel aspect showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Classified by educational position, overall and in specific aspects, there is no significant differences. When categorized by overall work experience, there are no significant differences andconsidering each aspect individually, it was found that in terms of management, there were statistically significant differences at the .05 level. Categorized by the size of the educational institution, there are no overall differences and considering each aspect individually, it was found that In terms of budget, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
