Abstract

This research aims to study the level of transformational Leadership Problems and Leadership
development approaches for executive change in Udon Thani Primary Educational Service area office
3 the quantitative data from 589 samples by Stratified Random Sampling constructed 5-level rating
scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.92 The statistics employed for data analysis were percentage
mean standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1 .The level of
leadership change of school administrators inspiring and the aspect of having an ideological influence.
The side with the least mean is in regard to individuality 2. The problem is that executives are selfcentered.
Lack of role model in job domination Does not encourage coworkers to develop themselves
and make progress in their work. and assignments that do not match the worker's knowledge.
3. Leadership development approaches for executive change are executives should strengthen Pride,
Confidence and Positive Attitude at Work Take care of personnel thoroughly by studying personnel
individually and encourage each personnel to develop themselves always developed himself
respectively.
