สิทธิที่จะถูกลืม คือ สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่จะขอให้ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดำเนินการลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้เป็นข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้ สิทธิที่จะถูกลืมได้ถูกบัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา 33 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 อีกทั้งยังมีความเกี่ยวพันกับสิทธิในความเป็นส่วนตัวภายใต้รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไม่อาจใช้สิทธิที่จะถูกลืมได้ตามที่ตนต้องการ แต่จำต้องใช้สิทธิตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา 33 (1) - (4) แห่งพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 เนื่องจากสิทธิที่จะถูกลืมมิใช่สิทธิเด็ดขาด สิทธิที่จะถูกลืมจึงอาจมีข้อจำกัดหรือมีข้อยกเว้นตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด นอกจากนี้ การละเมิดสิทธิที่จะถูกลืมอาจเกิดขึ้นได้ เมื่อผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลฝ่าฝืนไม่ดำเนินการลบหรือทำลายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลตามที่เจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ร้องขอโดยปราศจากเหตุอันชอบด้วยกฎหมาย โดยผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอาจต้องรับผิดในทางแพ่งและรับโทษในทางปกครอง
