Effectiveness of Community Strengthening Management by People Participation Enable to Develop Fundamental Economics Huayang Subdistrict Administration Organization

Abstract

           This research aimed to (1) explore the effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation enabling to develop fundamental economics of Huayang Subdistrict Administration Organization. (2) compare attitude of respondents toward effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation verified by demographic factors. (3) explain correlation between affecting factors with effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation. This research was quantitative survey type according to Yamane concepts. Questionnaire was data collection tool. 376 samples were residents of Huayang Subdistrict Administration Organization service area. Analytical statistics were percentages, mean, standard deviation and t test ANOVA F Pearson R.

           Outcomes were as follows (1) effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation enabling to develop fundamental economics of Huayang Subdistrict Administration Organization was at high level. (2) attitude among respondents toward effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation verified by demographic factors were significantly different. (3) There was significant correlation between affecting factors with effectiveness of community strengthening management by people participation.
