Abstract

The administration of schools does not have a single form, approach or theory, due to
differences in contexts especially changes of situation and environment that cause system-wide
disruption. Management needs to integrate approaches from the theory as appropriateness as
follows: (1) define vision, mission, objectives, challenges, appropriateness, feasibility, verifiability and
being assessable with a process of participation and setting the objectives of the works to be
comprehensive and connected to all tasks, and the main goals of the educational institutions shall
focus on learners; (2 ) plot and prepare a strategic plan for achieving the goals with 3 strategies;
development, maintenance and improvement to cover the factors of management, work process
target values and achievement indicators to cover and interrelate to each other in all aspects. (3)
organizational redesign (structure, work, people) to cover work management as appropriate,
determine tasks, activities, projects to support and be in line with the strategies to cover the goals,
perspectives, balance , conclude an agreement or memorandum of the jointed preparation of
performance testimonials focusing on learners as a primary concern. (4) Executives need to perform
self-development to create leadership, execute, manage or operate activities with a participatory
process, basing on the management according to the good governance principles. They should
communicate good understanding in all levels and employ systematic administration with qualitative
circuit, decentralize, share the ideas, benefits, assessment and responsibility taking into account the
stakeholders, emphasize on personnel management and use the work system as a mechanism for
driving activities; and (5) monitoring and evaluation by using the target values, metrics, system-wide
benchmarks, inputs, processes, and outcomes on an ongoing basis with a participative process,
bringing back the results, plan, improve, learn, exchange, develop, initiate activities, projects to aim
for quality and excellency achievement.
