Academic Administration of School Under Thawiwatthana District Office Bangkok

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study of the level and compare academic
administration of schools under Thawiwatthana District office Bangkok. 186 teachers in
Thawiwatthana District office in Bangkok were used as the sample. The instrument used to collect
the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The reliability was 0.99. The statistics used in the data
analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis
of variance and Scheffe’s comparison test.
The research findings were as follows (1) The academic administration of schools under
Thawiwatthana District office Bangkok were at a highest level in overall aspect. (2) Teachers with
different levels of education had different opinions on the level of academic administration of
schools under Thawiwatthana District office Bangkok. with an overall significantly difference at the
.05 level; and (3) Teachers with different ages and work experiences had different opinions on the
level of academic administration of schools under Thawiwatthana District office Bangkok with an
overall significantly difference at the .05 level.
