Announcement on the Policy for the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Manuscript Preparation

Effective from 1 January 2026

The Journal of Management Science, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, hereby announces its official policy regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the preparation of academic manuscripts. This policy will take effect on 1 January 2026, and aims to enhance academic integrity, ensure transparency, and uphold high standards of scholarly publication.

Under this new policy, authors are required to clearly disclose any use of AI tools during the manuscript preparation process, including but not limited to summarization, language editing, data analysis, content generation, or any task that may influence the accuracy or originality of the academic work. Authors must specify the tools used, the nature and extent of their use, and the authors’ responsibility in verifying the accuracy and validity of AI-generated content. This disclosure is essential to maintaining transparency and ensuring that the work remains the authors’ own scholarly contribution.

The journal does not permit the submission of AI-generated data, fabricated findings, or research results that have not undergone rigorous academic verification by the authors. The use of AI must comply with research ethics, proper citation practices, and academic integrity principles, and must not compromise the credibility of the submitted work.

The Editorial Board will conduct a thorough review of AI usage during the manuscript evaluation process. Manuscripts found to have used AI in an unethical manner, or without proper disclosure, will be immediately withdrawn from consideration. Additional actions may be taken as deemed appropriate.
