โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างของภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยี และการจัดการความเสี่ยงต่อผลการดำเนินงาน วิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างที่อธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยี และการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่มีผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานของวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย และ 2) วิเคราะห์อิทธิพลทางตรงและอิทธิพลทางอ้อมของตัวแปรดังกล่าวต่อผลการดำเนินงานของ SMEs งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัย เชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้บริหารหรือเจ้าของกิจการ SMEs จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและโมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ยอมรับได้ โดยมีค่า Chi-square = 228.472, p = .056, Relative Chi-square = 1.166, GFI = .939, CFI = .996, NFI = .975, TLI = .995 และ RMSEA = .024 และมีอำนาจในการอธิบายผลการดำเนินงานของ SMEs ในระดับสูง ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานแสดงให้เห็นว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีและการจัดการความเสี่ยง ขณะที่ความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีและการจัดการความเสี่ยงมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กร โดยความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลสูงสุดต่อผลการดำเนินงาน นอกจากนี้ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงยังส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานในลักษณะอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านความสามารถทางเทคโนโลยีและการจัดการความเสี่ยง ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า ผลการดำเนินงานของ SMEs เป็นผลลัพธ์ของกลไกเชิงโครงสร้างที่เชื่อมโยงบทบาทของผู้นำ ศักยภาพทางเทคโนโลยี และการบริหารความเสี่ยงเข้าด้วยกันอย่างเป็นระบบ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางเชิงนโยบายและการบริหารจัดการ SMEs ในระดับภูมิภาคได้อย่างเหมาะสม
