General administration of Udonpichairakpittaya school under the Udon Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the current state and development guidelines for general administration at Udonpichairakpittaya School. The study sample consisted of 108 teachers from Udonpichairakpittaya School. The research instruments were questionnaires with a validity between 0.67 and 1.00 and a reliability of .90 and interview form. Data was collected by online questionnaires via Google Forms, receiving 90 responses, or 83.33%. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1) The overall level of general administration at Udonpichairakpittaya School was high with a low dispersion. All aspects were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was religious and community activities, followed by information network systems and vehicle management. The aspect with the lowest mean was the environmental and landscape shop. 2) The development guidelines for general administration include: administrators creating a clear and sustainable environmental and landscape maintenance plan; promoting participation of students, teachers, and the community; establishing monitoring and evaluation mechanisms; setting indicators and targets; using results to improve plans; integrating concepts into work plans; listening to opinions; surveying and assessing current conditions; analyzing problems; studying best practices; developing manuals and guidelines; organizing training; monitoring and improving standards; creating training curricula; providing hands-on practice; and motivating staff for self-development.
