โมเดลการวัดความตั้งใจเลือกประกอบอาชีพทางด้านบัญชีของนักศึกษาปริญญาตรี ในประเทศไทย: การประยุกต์ใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวัดความตั้งใจเลือกประกอบอาชีพทางด้านบัญชีของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในประเทศไทยกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาการบัญชี จากมหาวิทยาลัย 18 แห่ง จำนวน 700 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าไคสแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (χ²/df) เท่ากับ 2.69 GFI = 0.97 AGFI = 0.94 CFI = 1.00 RMSEA = 0.049 และ SRMR = 0.015 โมเดลประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ ทัศนคติ ความตั้งใจแสวงหาความรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ รวมทั้งสิ้น 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ โดยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานระหว่าง 0.83–0.94 โมเดลมีค่าความตรงเชิงเหมือนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี โดยค่าความเที่ยงของตัวแปรแฝง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.936–0.960 และค่าเฉลี่ยของความแปรปรวนที่ถูกสกัด อยู่ระหว่าง 0.800–0.831 นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่าค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ขององค์ประกอบทั้ง 3 ด้าน มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.942–0.960 ซึ่งแสดงถึงระดับความเที่ยงของโมเดลอยู่ในระดับดีมาก
