บทคัดย่อ

การยอมรับบริการดิจิทัลในชุมชนชนกลุ่มน้อยที่มีทรัพยากรจำกัดสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าเทคโนโลยี
มีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับอัตลักษณ์ทางวัฒนธรรม ความเครียดทางปัญญา และความไว้วางใจที่เป็นสถาบันในลักษณะ
ที่แบบจำลองการยอมรับมาตรฐานไม่สามารถอธิบายได้อย่างเพียงพอ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจในการยอมรับธนาคารดิจิทัลของผู้อยู่อาศัยในเขตปกครองตนเองทิเบตกานซี
โดยขยายแบบจำลองการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) ด้วยตัวแปรความเครียดจากเทคโนโลยี การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง ความเป็นนวัตกร และความไว้วางใจ จากแบบสอบถาม 394 ชุดที่เก็บรวบรวมด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน แบบจำลองการไกล่เกลี่ยที่มีตัวแปรกำกับถูกทดสอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง PLS-SEM ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ประโยชน์ใช้สอยทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางระหว่างความเป็นนวัตกร ความเครียดจากเทคโนโลยี และการรับรู้ความง่ายในการใช้งานกับความตั้งใจในการใช้ธนาคารดิจิทัล การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง
มีผลกำกับเชิงลบต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ประโยชน์ใช้สอยกับความตั้งใจ และความไว้วางใจเป็นตัวพยากรณ์โดยตรงที่แข็งแกร่งที่สุดตัวหนึ่ง โดยสมมติฐานทั้งสิบข้อได้รับการสนับสนุน ผลการศึกษาสนับสนุนทฤษฎีการรวมดิจิทัลและทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี โดยแสดงให้เห็นว่าในบริบทที่ถูกกีดกันทางการเงินและมีความโดดเด่นทางวัฒนธรรม ความตั้งใจในการยอมรับถูกกำหนดโดยความไว้วางใจของชุมชน การตอบสนองทางอารมณ์ต่อการออกแบบส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ และการรับรู้ความเสี่ยงที่ฝังรากอยู่ในวัฒนธรรม ซึ่งแบบจำลองเชิงเหตุผลมาตรฐานไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้อย่างแม่นยำ
