The Journal of Sinology and International Chinese Language Education (JSCLE) maintains its two established sections—Sinology Studies and Chinese Language Education—alongside an occasional Book Reviews column. This issue features ten academic papers and one scholarly book review. Among the contributions, eight are in Chinese, two in English, and one in Thai. The authors include professors, associate professors, assistant professors, lecturers, international Chinese language educators, as well as doctoral and master’s students from China, Thailand, Canada, the United States, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Zambia, and Saudi Arabia. The diversity of perspectives, particularly those of emerging young scholars, lends a fresh and innovative dimension to this edition.
Prior to publication, all submissions underwent rigorous double-blind peer review by three independent scholars. For this issue, we extend our gratitude to the 32 reviewers from Belgium, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, China, and Hong Kong for their invaluable expertise. To align with international academic publishing standards, each article has been assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
The Journal of Sinology and International Chinese Language Education is actively preparing for inclusion in the Thai Journal Citation Index (TCI).
