And using qualitative data to create a therapeutic relationship inventory measure. For quantitative method, the research instrument examined the reliability of inventory by 50 examples were analyze by using descriptive statistics: percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.); item-objective congruence (IOC), and Cronbach alpha coefficient.

The results of the study showed that the therapeutic relationship test contains all criteria of quality questions. The three main components are (1) empathy, (2) unconditional positive regard, and (3) congruence. To verify the content validity of measure was evaluated the IOC value 0.66 - 1.0. The overall Cronbach alpha coefficient reliability of therapeutic relationship inventory measure was 0.915. Then, the Cronbach alpha of empathy was 0.846, unconditional positive regard was 0.869, and congruence was 0.815. Therefore, the therapeutic relationship inventory measure shown good level of validity and reliability. And the instrument can be used to access the therapeutic relationship measure.
