A Model Development of Multicultural Management for Bilingual Private Elementary Schools

Research aims are to analysis and to synthesis of multicultural management for bilingual private elementary schools. Mix methods with qualitative research and quantitative are the methodology, For quantitative research there are a sample group of 420 people, and for qualitative research there are 5 main informants. Rating scale questionnaire and evaluation forms, In-depth Interview used for data collection, Basic statistics, Statistical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis use employed for the data interpretation. Research results are as follows; along objective
- The results of analysis and synthesis of multicultural management for private bilingual primary schools Concluded that there are five key elements thus academic management, administrative management, human resource management, student affairs management and relationship management with the community.
- The results of the development and evaluation of multicultural management model for bilingual private elementary schools found: after selecting the elements (observable variables) that are suitable for development from a total of 40 items (variable) selection of 16 items (variable) there are 120 pairs of relationships (from a total of 775 pairs) that every couple has a relationship different from zero statistically significant at the 0.01 level. The audit results confirmed as follows: (1) Chi-Square = 837.616 (P-value) = 0.064 (2) Absolute Fit Index composite; GFI = 0.982, AGFI = 0.947 (3) Relative fit index composite; NFI = 0.994, NNFI = 0.996, CFI = 0.998, IFI = 0.998, RFI = 0.985 (4) Root Mean Square Error of Approximation composite; RMSEA = 0.028, RMR = 0.009 and CN = 479.632, In addition found the results of the evaluation form for promotion to be used better by sort average rating the highest level chase down to the average score at the lowest level 4 side as follows; Administrative management (4.94), Human resource management (4.86), Student affairs management (4.76) and Community relations management (4.70) respectively.
- The results of presenting guidelines for applying the multicultural management model for bilingual private primary schools. Which can be sorted by the highest component weight value, find the lowest component weight as follows: Academic management (0.929) Administrative management (0.899) Human resource management (0.748) Student affairs management (0.748) and Community relations management (0.692) respectively.
