BUDGET ADMINISTRATION OF SMALL SCHOOLS FOR NONG KHAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA DISTRICT OFFICE 1

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were to study budget management level problems and guidelines for developing the Budget Administration of small schools for Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area District Office 1 for Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area District Office 1. Obtained through purposive sampling Choose teachers who perform budget management tasks according to the school's appointment the samples consisted of 189 The 5-level rating scale questionnaire with IOC of 0.67-1.00 with the reliability of 0.85 was used as a study tool. The statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            These results of the study were found:

1. Budget management condition was at a high level (= 4.42, S.D.= 0.54)

little dispersion The most average is financial administration got the highest mean while the account administration and the upply procurement and the asset administration  gained the second highest mean. However, resources muster and educational investment contained the lowest mean. 

               2. Regarding the budget administration problems, It's not a time to practice because the teacher lacks freedom. The plan to mobilize educational resources is unclear. The management of school supplies and assets is not up to date. not going according to plan and document storage. The accounting records are not complete and not systematic.
