FACTORS AFFECTING LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE 21ST CENTURY OF ATHEMATICS TEACHERS UNDER UDON THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) to study the level of factors affecting the 21st century learning management of mathematics teachers, 2) to study the level of the 21st century learning management of mathematics teachers, and 3) Study factors that affect and create forecasting equations for learning management in the 21st century. of math teachers The sample used in this study Mathematics teacher in elementary school The samples were 400 students under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The tools used in this research consisted of The data was analyzed by measuring factors affecting learning management in the 21st century of mathematics teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Baseline using mean, standard deviation, pearson's moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis

The result of this study indicated that:

1. The level of factors affecting the 21st century learning management of mathematics teachers under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level ( = 4.34 , S.D. = 0.14 )
2. The Levels of learning management in the 21st century for mathematics teachers Under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high level ( = 4.32, S.D. = 0.02)
3. Factors affecting the 21st century learning management in 5 aspects affecting the 21st century learning management of mathematics teachers under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 1. with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. The side with the highest predictive power was The relationship between teachers and students (X3) (β = 0.255). Followed by classroom atmosphere (X1) (β = 0.242) and media ability (X5) (β = 0.174), respectively, can together predict teachers' 21st century learning management.
