Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the strategic leadership level of the supervisors of community development office of upper northeastern provinces 1 2) level of performance of community development office of upper northeastern provinces 1 3) influence of strategic leadership on the office's performance community development in the upper northeastern provinces 1 4) guidelines for the development of the performance of the community development office of the upper northeastern provinces 1. The sample groups were as follows:   a group of 220 people of community development office in the upper northeastern region 1 was used a stratified sampling method by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data and the statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall level of Strategic Leadership of Community Development Office Supervisors in the Upper Northeastern Region 1 was at a high level (=4.18). 2) The performance of the Provincial Community Development Offices. Upper Northeastern Region 1 as a whole is at a high level (= 4.18) 3) Strategic Leadership in Balanced Organizational Control (LEA5) (β=.263), Strategic Direction (LEA1) (β) =.244) and organizational resource management (LEA2) (β=.233) had a statistically significant influence on the performance of the Community Development Office of the Upper Northeastern Province Group 1 at the .05 level. They can jointly forecast the performance level of the Community Development Office of the Upper Northeastern Provinces 1 by 58.20% (R2 = .582).  4) Guidelines for developing the performance of the Provincial Community Development Offices. Upper Northeastern Region 1 : There should be clearly defined policies and goals for the operation of the agency. Is appropriate to facilitate the success of the job. Work systems should be organized to be flexible and efficient. by adhering to the benefits and happiness of the people as the main There should be continuous improvement and development of public services to keep up with the ever-changing social conditions. and should improve service levels by focusing on facilitating the people who come to use the service.
