Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to study the level and methods for developing participatory management among administrators of Nong Han Group 3 schools under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. The population included administrators and teachers, altogether 98 people. A stratified random sampling method was used. Research tools included questionnaires and interviews, which had a precision value between 0.67 and 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.93. Data was collected by the Google forms program. To analyze the data, the researcher used frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and content analysis. The researcher found that 1) the overall level of participatory management of the administrators of the Nong Han Group 3 schools under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 was at a high level. There was little distribution. Considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was participation in decision-making, participation in operations, and participation in benefits, respectively. The aspect with the lowest average value was participation in evaluation. 2. Guidelines for developing participatory management by administrators were that administrators should allow teachers to participate in joint thinking and action, participate in decision-making by carrying out various activities, giving decision-making power to teachers with trust. Administrators gave teachers authority and opportunities to demonstrate their abilities in their work. Administrators should create clarity and motivation in the work and educational personnel jointly improved and developed the goals of the organization, and administrators should have an administrative process in place with operational planning and evaluation.
