Administrative factors affecting the efficiency of supply management of subdistrict administrative organizations in Na Kae district, Nakhon Phanom Province

Abstract

The Subdistrict Administrative Organization will successfully manage its supplies and achieve the set goals. Successful parcel management requires the application of management resources. The purposes of this research included the following: 1) to study the level of administrative factors and the efficiency supply administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District; 2) to study the influence of administrative factors affecting the efficiency supplies administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District; and3) to study guidelines for improving the efficiency supply administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District. The sample group included personnel of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District. Nakhon Phanom Province, 230 people, by using stratified sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the data collection tool and statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The study revealed these results: 1) Administrative factors of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the efficiency supply administration in Na Kae District overall were in high level 2) Administrative factors in terms of materials and equipment, budget and working methods had an influence on the efficiency supply administration of the subdistrict administrative organization in Na Kae District, statistically significant at the .01 level. Personnel influenced the efficiency supply administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District. The effect was statistically significant at the .05 level. They couldjointly predict the level of efficiency supply administrationt of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Na Kae District. Nakhon Phanom Province received 91.30 percent, excepting management and morality and ethics. 3) There were 2 guidelines to develop the efficiency supply administration of the Sub-district Administrative Organization in Na Kae District including 1) determination of demand for supplies and 2) maintenance of supplies.
