Guidelines for Developing the Academic Administration of Satri Rachinuthit School under the Office of Udon Thani Secondary Educational Service Area

This research study aimed to study the level and guidelines for developing academic administration at Satri Rajinuthit School. The samples were 132 teaching staff. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaires used in the research had a validity value between .67 and 1.00 and a reliability value of .95. Data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation statistics, and content analysis. The research results found that 1) The level of academic administration of Satri Rajinuthit School was overall at a high level. All aspects were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was media, innovation, and educational technology development, followed by learning strand operations and student assessment and evaluation. The aspect with the lowest mean was botanical work. 2) The guidelines for developing academic administration: executives should develop IT curriculum and teaching methods. promote staff development support research and administration: innovation Implement digital technology for data management. Support the production of learning materials, create online communication channels, organize basic knowledge and practical training in botany, and invite guest speakers. Arrange study visits. Participate in academic conferences and develop manuals and supplementary materials for botanical services.
