Leadership skills of school administrators in the Sempho Educational quality development network under the jurisdiction of Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the leadership skills of school administrators in the network of educational quality development in Sempoth, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nong Khai, and 2) study the guidelines for developing leadership skills of school administrators in the network of educational quality development in Sempoth, under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 2, Nong Khai. The sample consisted of 100 people, purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with an IOC of 0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability of 0.93. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings of this research were as follows: 1) The leadership skills of school administrators in the Sempot Quality Development Network, Office of the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area 2, were at a high level in all aspects. The aspect with the highest average value was technical skills, followed by human relations skills, and the aspect with the lowest average value was ideology skills. 2) Guidelines for developing leadership skills of school administrators in the Serm Pho Educational Quality Development Network under the Office of Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area 2 included planning student affairs, which is a crucial process in enhancing an effective learning environment. Promoting discipline, morality, and ethics among students were an essential part of creating a good and strong society. Implementing a student care and support system were vital in establishing a friendly and safe learning environment for all students. Promoting democracy in schools was important in building a good foundation for students.
