General administration in the digital era of school administrators in Nong Han 2 school group under Udon Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 3

Abstract

Thie objectives of this research were to investigate the level and approaches of general administration in the digital age era among school administrators in the Nong Han 2 School group. The sample consisted of 127 teachers from the Nong Han 2 School group. The research instrument was a questionnaire with content validity index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.96. Data collection was conducted via online questionnaire using Google Forms, yielding 127 responses which represented a 100% response rate. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Research findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of general administration in the digital era among school administrators was a high level, and when considering each aspect individually, all aspects were at a high level. The aspect with the highest mean was religious and community activities in the digital era, followed in descending order by information network systems and audio-visual/public relations. Conversely, environment and landscape received the lowest mean score. 2) Guidelines for developing general administration regarding digital environment and landscape management dictate that school administrators should implement digital environmental monitoring systems for continuous tracking of air, water, and soil quality, deploy  t smart technologies for landscape maintenance, such as automatic irrigation and plant growth tracking applications, establish online platforms to foster the participation of students, teachers, and the community in environmental conservation, and develop digital systems to promote sustainable waste management within the schools.
