Abstract

Whatever the Wrong Person Writes is Always Wrong was written by Nantouch Kitranan and Tiansiri Boonchokvitoon is a book which compiles wrong answer writings and right answer writings to the legal exams that accumulated by the both of author’s educations and work experiences. This allows the reader to compare the differences between wrong answer writings and right answer writings.  It would therefore be useful for writing answers to legal exams in the right way. The details of writing answers to legal exams in each subject share some similarities and, simultaneously, contain differences. Hence, separation of the content into subjects makes it easier for the reader to comprehend the content. It also includes techniques, notices and cautions for writing answers to legal exams for the purpose of guiding the readers to apply these techniques to practice writing in various forms of legal exams and write answers to legal exams faster and more efficiently. Furthermore, there are interesting questions and answers along with the examples of words that are often written incorrectly in writing answers to legal exams as well. Therefore, this book is suitable for people who are preparing for legal exams at the bachelor level, Barrister-at-Law, Assistant Public Prosecutor and Judge Trainee Levels.
