Abstract

The textbook “Fundamentals of Public Law”, written by Professor Dr. Kriengkrai Charoenthanavat, is a textbook as a result of the author’s lecture on the subject “General Principles of Public Law” at the Faculty of Law, Chula-longkorn University since 1996 until the present, and the lecture tapes have been transcribed until it becomes a textbook with a systematic arrangement of contents. This textbook is suitable for readers who are interested in the deep academic details of public law. Although the readers are not very interested in public law, they can choose to read only the topics in their areas of interests. Moreover, this textbook will be of great value to readers in the usefulness of readers studying Public Law, readers who have to use of Public Law in the competitive examinations for entering government organization and readers who work in public and private sectors.
