Abstract

Constituent Power and the Law by Professor Dr. Joel Colón-Ríos was written by comparing the various aspects of constituent power both in theoretical and practical terms. In detail, this book shows a variation of how the interpretation and the practice of the theory of constituent power profound the effect over the law and the organization involved in the constitutional establishment. Therefore, this book also shows that the idea of constituent power is relentless development in both theoretical and practical perspectives. As a result, this book is the most recommended book for anyone who wants to develop their knowledge in terms of the theory of constituent power.
