Abstract

The author, for the first time, has kindly been given an opportunity to write this article for the “Storytelling from Lawyer” column. Therefore, through this article, the author would like to express her perspectives through over two-year working experiences as a lawyer and associate at a law firm before she passed the 73rd Judge Trainee (qualified from the General Examination). This article does not aim to focus on academic aspects, but rather focus on telling stories from a senior lawyer to junior ones. The author strongly hopes that it would encourage ideas and give inspiration to future lawyers.
