The author set the title of this article to be “Remarks on the Selection of Legal Reasoning for Answering Law Exam Questions and Writing Judgments” in order to dedicate this article to Associate Professor Dr. Bhumindr Butr-indr, lecturer at Faculty of Law, Thammasat University (Lampang Campus), who is the author of the book named “Legal Reasoning”. This textbook is so valuable that every law student should read as a basis for studying law because the heart of the legal study is the reasoning. So, this article will bring some examples to illustrate how to give legal reasons practically in the form of answering law exam questions in a university and writing judicial decisions in order to enhance the understanding of law learning and build a solid foundation for students to pursue their legal professions.
