There is much violation of Vinayas in the current sangha society, but the process of proving fault which bases on Vinayas is doubted for Buddhist lay people due to the lack of transparency in the process. To resolve the problem, the related law should be reform or amend to increase the transparency of the process. This reform must include the qualification of monks who will become a Sangha Judiciary, separate the juridical process from the power of Sangha Supreme Council of Thailand and adequately manage the area for the trail.
By doing this, the author believes that could be the way to promote transparency and restore the trust in the sangha society justice system to the Buddhist people again.
