Abstract

At the present time, intellectual property law plays an important role in the daily lives of the global population. Some people might not aware of the importance of intellectual property law. For this reason, it might be a cause of infringement to the intellectual property of others. They might have the intellectual property rights whereas they might not know that. The protected works might be found the benefit for the creator or also might be infringed as well. The special knowledge in the field of intellectual property law is therefore essential in the present day to everyone. In particular, the lawyer ought to have the special knowledge in the area of intellectual property law in order to provide the complete and accurate advices for his client. This article has suggested the strengths and weaknesses of this intellectual property law book.
