Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Violence and DiscriminationAbstract
Gender and sexual diversity are normal things and must not be classified as a medical disorder. The individual should fully be able to express their gender identity as well as their sexual orientation to the fullest extent of their self-sufficiency without discrimination and violence from any other person in society. Therefore, framing the law as the basis for the elimination of sexual discrimination and prevent violence as well as raising awareness for people in society is necessary. This must be considered especially when all the law related to such matters is established.
